A Bit About Me

Since I was little I have always been interested in sport and keeping active. As I grew up, my parents asked me if I wanted to do a sport. One day I was at school and the local football team had an advert up trying to find girls that wanted to start playing. I had no idea what I was doing so my parents took me to a thing called skillful soccer - to which I was the only girl. From there, I then got the confidence to go to he local football team and I fell in love with the sport. I then took part in as much sport as I could at school. 
As I got older, I had no clue what I was doing in the gym, I didn't know what I should eat or what I needed to do to become fitter.  Moving forward 5 years, my friend got a PT and we learnt how to lift weights. When I did this, my life changed. I felt that knwoing how to lift and the benefits of lifting needed to be taught to other women, so I decided it was time to get myself a PT qualification. 

I've gone through multiple injuries and I've managed to rehab myself back to health. I've learnt why my bodies reacted the way it has and it's made me a better PT.

Now I'm all about training to be stronger and to move more efficiently as I get older.
